Susan Cavicchi started Sunlight Publications following 23 years of experience as executive director of the Massachusetts Systems Contractors Association (MSCA). As part of her job, she created a web site; edited and published a bi-monthly newsletter; and created brochures, event flyers, letterhead and business cards.
